And how can you choose your next supplier with confidence? And to respond swiftly whenever there\u2019s an issue.<\/p>\n<p>For one prospective client, who\u2019d never used us before, we formulated, tested and \u2018made ready\u2019 a handful of their core cleaning products. It was a way to demonstrate exactly what we could do for them.<\/p>\n<p>As it turned out, it also meant we were \u2018in there wings\u2019 for them, when their own supplier failed them. Here\u2019s how they described the situation to a third party:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>When the day came that we&#8217;d been let down by someone else, they were able to step right in.
